AGREEMENT TO USE CUSTOMER IMAGES

Image Use Consent

By sending or sharing any images (“Images”) with Bighorn Athletics (“Company”) through email, social media, or any other communication channel, Customer grants Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and modify the Images in any format or medium, including but not limited to social media, websites, digital or print advertisements, product packaging, and other marketing materials.

Customer represents and warrants that they own the Images or have full rights to grant this permission, and that the Images do not infringe on any third-party rights. Customer also agrees that Company may use their name, likeness, username, or other identifying information in connection with the Images.

Customer understands that they will not receive compensation for the use of the Images and releases and discharges Company from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from such use, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of intellectual property rights.

If any individuals under the age of 18 are depicted, Customer confirms that they are the parent or legal guardian authorized to provide consent on their behalf.
