All Bighorn tapes use a high-quality latex-free zinc oxide adhesive for a secure, reliable hold.
What size athletic tape should I choose?
Our athletic tape is available in five widths to fit different taping needs:
- 0.2 in (0.5 cm): Best for kids, smaller fingers, and precision taping.
- 0.3 in (0.75 cm): Our most popular size and the go-to choice for finger taping.
- 0.5 in (1.25 cm): Ideal for athletes with larger fingers or when extra coverage is needed.
- 1 in (2.5 cm): Commonly used for hands, wrists, and other medium-sized areas.
- 1.5 in (3.8 cm): Best for larger joints and body parts like ankles, knees, shoulders, and elbows.
Is Bighorn tape easy to tear by hand?
Yes. Our cotton finger tape is designed to tear easily by hand, making it quick to apply between rounds or during training. Our rayon finger tape is more durable and may require a little more force to tear because of its stronger construction.
Can I use Bighorn tape for multiple sports?
